By accessing our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

01 // Description of Service

Hustle.app utilizes advanced artificial intelligence language models to generate business ideation materials, marketing roadmaps, copywriting concepts, and downloadable structural dossiers (collectively, "Blueprints").

02 // Fees and Payments

• Transaction Model: Premium Blueprints and PDF downloads are delivered upon a successful one-time transaction fee (e.g., $2.99). All transactions are securely processed via our third-party payment infrastructure gateway (Stripe).
• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of immediate information generation and server-side compilation, all purchases of digital dossiers are final and non-refundable.

03 // Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

• Generated Content: Girard Labs claims no ownership over the raw business text, company names, taglines, or promotional copy generated specifically for you by the Service. You retain full commercial execution rights to use, launch, and monetize the Blueprints.
• Platform Protection: The layout, styling, engineering schema frameworks, underlying code, branding, and design of the Hustle.app interface remain the exclusive intellectual property of Girard Labs.

04 // Limitation of Liability & AI Disclaimer

• No Guarantee of Success: Hustle.app is an educational and creative tool. We do not guarantee financial success, legal availability of company names, or business feasibility.
• As-Is Basis:The Service and its generated contents are provided "as-is." Girard Labs shall not be liable for any financial losses, compliance issues, or operational failures resulting from your execution of an AI-generated business model.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
